All orders are processed to ship Monday through Friday. They are shipped via LTL with residential liftgate service. Our carriers have been carefully curated to provide superior service.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been processed and scheduled for pick up.
Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days for all items that are in stock. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times. The number of orders that we receive over the weekend can possibly delay your processing time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. Holidays. Extra time maybe required for larger orders, orders requiring additional customer information, or out of stock items.
LTL CURBSIDE SHIPPING w/ LIFTGATE
LTL shipping takes anywhere between 7-14 days to arrive after your order has been processed.
If you live on a dead end street, cul de sac, or island- the carrier may not be able to get close enough to drop the safe directly on your curb. They will drop it at the closest point that is accessible or deliver to a hub for pick up.
Our carrier will call you in advance to schedule delivery. It is important that you are responsive and keep your delivery date.
Keep in mind, safes are heavy, and the driver’s responsibility ends at your curb or closest accessible point. Make sure you are prepared to get the safe inside your home/garage upon arrival.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Upon receipt of your order, YOU MUST document any damage to the product and/or packaging prior to signing the delivery receipt. We recommend taking a photo of the completed delivery receipt to document any notes you may have added.
If you do not document damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt, you release the carrier and Valor Safe from all responsibility for damages.
We take photos of each order before it leaves to ensure that the product is not damaged prior to shipping.
Minor scuffs, bumps, and tears on the packaging are normal. However, you should still notate the location and description of the damage. We recommend that you take photos of the packaging prior to removal and signing the delivery receipt. Small nicks or scratches can usually be repaired with touch-up paint, which we can provide.
If your safe appears to have been damaged severely (large dents/scratches or damage that impacts the operation or integrity of the safe) during transit, we recommend that you refuse the shipment. Most safes ship in an upright position. If your safe arrives lying down, please contact us immediately.
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product. You are responsible for any freight fees to return the product. Return freight fees fall outside of our flat rate shipping policy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Refusing damaged product upon arrival is not a return.)
Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your product. You are responsible for any freight fees to return the product that you are exchanging and ship the product that you are exchanging for. These freight fees fall outside of our flat rate shipping policy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not charge any processing or restocking fees.
If your items are damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. We have a very short window to file a freight claim. If you do not document damage with the carrier, it is not possible to file a claim.
If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned items. Refunds will only be issued after all items in the original package have been returned to us. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved relatively easily and, in most cases, without the need for a return.
All products are shipped in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case, then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.
If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
